Strategic Technical and Engineering Manager with 22+ years across large-scale water infrastructure and building MEP — from 700+ km transmission networks and 600,000 m³/day treatment plants to the mechanical systems of Jeddah Tower.
I am a Technical and Engineering Manager with over 22 years of experience delivering complex infrastructure and building projects. I currently serve as Mechanical Manager on Jeddah Tower — one of the world’s tallest buildings — leading the delivery of its mechanical and MEP systems. My work spans the full project lifecycle — from conceptual design and hydraulic analysis through to construction supervision and commissioning.
My technical specialisation centres on hydraulic transient analysis (water hammer and surge), large-diameter transmission pipelines, pump station design, and water and wastewater treatment plants including RO, MBR, SBR, and extended aeration systems — and, in tall buildings, on high-rise MEP: pressure-zoned water and drainage, chilled-water and ventilation systems, and fire protection designed to NFPA, ASHRAE, SBC and IPC.
I have led multidisciplinary teams on landmark projects including Jeddah Tower, NEOM Water Transmission, Diriyah STP, and strategic water improvement networks for NWC in Dammam and Jubail — bringing together technical excellence, stakeholder management, and a commitment to sustainable engineering solutions.
I hold an MSc in Project Management from Liverpool John Moores University and professional certifications including PMP, PMI-RMP, Envision SP, and OSHA 30H.
