Strategic Technical and Engineering Manager specialising in large-scale water infrastructure — from 400 km transmission networks to 200,000 m³/day treatment plants across Saudi Arabia.
I am a Technical and Engineering Manager with over 22 years of experience delivering complex infrastructure projects in the water sector. My work spans the full project lifecycle — from conceptual design and hydraulic analysis through to construction supervision and commissioning.
My technical specialisation centres on hydraulic transient analysis (water hammer and surge), large-diameter transmission pipelines, pump station design, and water and wastewater treatment plants including RO, MBR, SBR, and extended aeration systems.
I have led multidisciplinary teams on landmark projects including NEOM Water Transmission, Diriyah STP, and strategic water improvement networks for NWC in Dammam and Jubail — bringing together technical excellence, stakeholder management, and a commitment to sustainable engineering solutions.
I hold an MSc in Project Management from Liverpool John Moores University and professional certifications including PMP, PMI-RMP, ENV SP, and OSHA 30H.
